UB Greensfelder has an opening for a full-time HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources Department in the St. Louis office. This position will work closely with other members of department across multiple HR functions. This is an in office position that is eligible for occasional remote work in a flexible environment.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Posting and maintain job advertisements, importing resumes into applicant tracking system, screening applications, sourcing active and passive candidates and coordination of interview schedules for all posted positions.
  • Completing reference, background checks and degree verifications for candidates.
  • Assist HR Manager with preparation of materials for new hire orientation. Conduct orientations as needed as backup.
  • Coordinate employee departure process.
  • Assist with open enrollment process and puling employee demographics as needed.
  • Plan and execute the firm United Way campaign as well as other internal morale booster events.
  • Provide reconciliation report to Benefits & Payroll Manager.
  • Assist Benefits & Payroll Manager and HR Manager with preparation of annual health screening and flu shot event and benefit fair.
  • Maintain firm tax gift list for annual reporting purposes.
  • Obtain and analyze statistical data for various reporting requests.
  • Assist with coordination of firmwide annual anti-harassment training.
  • Updates and maintains all HR materials including benefit summaries, brochures, and firm intranet pages.
  • Assist Benefit & Payroll Manager with payroll functions as needed.
  • Assists with other Human Resources projects throughout the year as assigned.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources principles and concepts, modern office practices related to time management, business correspondence, recording keeping and file management.
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a sometimes fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced computer skills; Microsoft office suite and Adobe required. Basic knowledge of HRIS systems, preferred but not required.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
