The work will involve all manners of dispute resolution (mediation, litigation, arbitration) and contract preparation, review and negotiation. Our clients include contractors, design-builders, subcontractors, owners, architects and engineers. Missouri law license required.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

• 1+ years of litigation experience; construction law experience preferred.
• Experience in legal research, drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; motion practice.
• Exposure to preparing a case for trial/arbitration.
• Experience with construction contracts preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and convey competence in terms of the legal issues and the strategic practical issues in construction disputes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
